- Collect feedback and customer opinion.
- Reply to customers' messages, concerns, and comments.
- Collect purchase orders from customers
- Verify customer data via personal communication.
- Arrange with a warehouse the shipments schedule to the clients according to order time and date.
- Follow up with clients to ensure that parcel is received.
