Job Description/ Responsibilities:

• Understanding project specifications and developing time schedules budgets that meet them.
• Determines critical-path activities for assigned discipline or specialties and identifies significant activities supporting inter-discipline requirements and identifies the critical path for discipline or specialty work activities.
• Prepare Project time Schedule and baseline
• Monitor, tracking projects progress and writing reports.
• Prepare and follow up cost control reports.
• Creates progress and performance curves with dashboards to top management for all projects.
• Communicating with managers and supervisors to follow projects requirements.
• Ensuring that all projects are completed on time within budgets.
• Create Purchase orders and procurement plan according to the time schedule and construction work flow in project.
• Attend Project consultant meeting and take notes for any new constraints in schedule.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

• A Bachelor of Civil engineering with good understanding for project management.
• +2 years solid experience in planning and scheduling.
• Computer proficiency: Primavera & Microsoft Office are a must.
