Site Engineer

Job Description

• Site management and supervision of the implementation of business
• Study of the project contract and the terms and conditions of business implementation
• Monitoring and supervising the implementation of mechanical works entrusted to it under the contract with the company executing the project, according to the contract and the specifications required by the plans agreed upon the terms of implementation during the project have set time periods
• Develop or contribute to set the timetable for the implementation of the project work depending on the duration of the project
• Viewing the work site and notify the owner of the project for any obstacles impeding the implementation start
• Prepare a daily report on the actions that have been implemented
• The follow-up to the staff for the implementation of occupational health and safety rules
• Chiller and DX units maintenance
• Wall fan assembly
• Roof fan assembly and installation
• Dust collector maintenance
• Centrifugal fan installation
• Ductwork installation, rectangular and round for high, medium and low pressure

Job Requirements

• 2-4 years of experience as a Site Engineer in HVAC is amust
• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Mechanical Power engineering
• Commercial awareness – an understanding of how your actions can affect the profitability of a project
• Team player
• Strong character
• Technical skills
• An eye for detail
• Management skills
• Driving License is amust
