Job Description
- Responsible for developing the design, costing and delivery plan of Systems & Services Solutions including Medium Voltage, Low Voltage Electrical Distribution, Transformers, Compact Substation & Power Monitoring
- Analyzing and responding to simple RFQ’s (Request for Quotations) using the pricing tools and templates available
- Assisting and supporting the Tender Manager with more complex inquiries
- Maintain the project library, filing, recording and reporting systems
- Work with relevant stakeholders to coordinate and continuously improve RFQ & Tender and order management processes
- Support in compiling Tender Response Documentation
- Provide administrative support to other teams as required
Job Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree from Faculty of Engineering, Mechanical or Electrical Department is a MUST
- 2 - 5 Years of Experience
- Experience orknowledge of maintenance/serviceof electrical distribution systems is a PLUS
- MS Office Skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
- Good Command of English
