Helps identify a mechanical problem by questioning the customer or doing a visual inspection or road test.
Refers to service history, inspects vehicle, and recommends additional needed service.
Prepares a repair order showing time, cost and labor estimates for service.
Test drives the vehicle with customer as needed to confirm the problem or refer to test technician.
Promote parts & accessories sales by informing customers about different products, vehicle care and maintenance that can get their vehicles operating more efficiently.
Verifies warranty and service contract coverage by examining records and papers; explaining provisions and exclusions.
Handles customer complaints
Maintains high customer satisfaction standards.
Maintains a professional appearance.
Enhances organization reputation by achieving and over achieving the targeted CSI (Customer Satisfaction indicator).
Updates job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities; reading manufacturers' publications.
Job Requirements
Minimum Qualifications:
Fluent English Language
Engineering bachelor degree is a must (Mechanical, Electrical, Power engineering)
Minimum Experience:
Minimum two years of experience in Automotive field (Passenger Vehicles) is a must.
