Senior UI/UX Designer

Job Duties and Responsibilities:-

• Gather and evaluate user requirements in collaboration with product managers and engineers.
• Conduct user research and segmentation in collaboration with other domains.
• Plan and implement new designs.
• Determine how users interact with products.
• Optimize existing user interface designs.
• Communicate with product and engineering teams, as well as business stakeholders and executive leadership to understand their business goals and objectives.
• Develop technical and business requirements and always strive to deliver intuitive and user-centered solutions.
• Combine creativity with an awareness of the design elements.
• Ensure the voice of the customer is present by incorporating customer feedback, usage metrics, and usability findings into the design.
• Quickly and iteratively create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and mockups for new product ideas.
• Validatenew ideas on yourtargetedcustomersusing focus groups/AB testing/One to one callsbefore delivering them totheengineering team.
• Performing metrics analysis post-launch to inform design/UX optimization effort.
• Creating original graphic designs.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements and Qualifications:-

• +3 years of experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role.
• Strong portfolio of design projects.
• Bachelor’s degree in relevant field.
• A Fin-tech background is a plus.
• Basic knowledge ofHTML and CSSFrontendis a plus.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to discuss and explain design options.
• Detail-oriented & Critical thinker & Problem solver.
• Strong knowledge of design software (eg. Adobe XD, photoshop, illustrator, or similar).
