Job Description
- Identify, recruit and source the RIGHT candidates for clients.
- Network in order to build a database of available candidates.
- Develop and nurture existing client relationships.
- Mentor and lead the Junior members of the team.
- Screen candidates and determine their eligibility for employment based on their skills and experience.
- Conduct the hiring process.
- Conduct quality checks and screenings as needed.
- Fill customer orders.
- Daily phone interaction with clients.
- Attend client meetings.
- Ensures accurate data input into the applicant tracking system HRIS system.
Job Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Business, IT or any equivalent work experience.
- minimum 4 years of IT Recruiting in a staffing environment.
- Proven recruitment success.
- Proficiency in Application tracking system.
- Proven ability to lead and effect change.
