Job Description
- Oversee and direct the specialty-leasing program in order to achieve the Mall specialty leasing income and occupancy goals.
- Use all the available contacts and tools to keep an updated potential stock of brands and concepts.
- Forecasting potential revenue within the area of operation for the Specialty Leasing.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree.
- 3-5 years of experience in sales and marketing background, in a similar field,
- Sales/events management company/ mall leasing/ property development.
- Bilingual: English and Arabic speaking skills desirable.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and draw valid conclusions.
- Excellent Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
