Job Description
Sales Department:Replacement Public Sector & OE Sector
Sales Strategy:
- Manage and support the sales for the direct / indirect fleets.
- Carry out the negotiations and sales activities, agreeing about : volumes, price, terms of delivery, terms of payment in order to achieve the targets in terms of volumes, price, product mix, revenues and profit.
- Responsible for financial collections from clients follow-ups
- Introduce the technical advices for the customers.
- Coordinate with the supportive departments ex: after sales service and market quality to maintain customers satisfaction
- Build and strengthen relationships with customers , especially with loyal long-term customers in order to increase share in the customer.
Planning & Reporting:
- Monitor and report the activities and strategies of the competitors in the public sector fleets.
- Provide reliable forecasting
- Verify customers' satisfaction level.
