About Us

ECH Company is a leader in the textile industry we are a supply chain, sales and marketing firm under the umbrella of CTIHC working in the local and international markets, and its investments in the textile industry reaches 21 billion Egyptian Pounds. ECH is building a Direct-To-Consumer model that is fully focused on serving best cotton products to our consumers, with a plan to open 25 stores within 2 years and multi-channeling in e-commerce featuring our home grown brand NIT.

Summary

This position is responsible for ensuring the right stock is in the right place at the right time to maximize sales and margin performance.

Responsibilities

  • Track sales, monitor & report performance on weekly basis & provide needed stock to all stores
  • Provide periodical analysis reports to the management team and suggest special offers and promotions to drive sales
  • Provide competitors’ analysis and price analysis to the management to support decision making process
  • Support the brand manager set the seasonal product assortment/mix
  • Negotiate and influence quantities & delivery time-scales
  • Support the brand manager in the planning process of annual OTB
  • Attend sales meetings and support the brand manager to prepare the best product assortment/mix
  • Be aware of stock situation and to secure the right assortment in each store
  • Drive the sell through and sell out of the brand to achieve the set objectives
  • Achieve closing stock goal set for the brand
  • Maintain direct channel with the store managers for customer feedbacks & needs

Job Requirements

Requirements

  • 5-7 years gained in product merchandising
  • Excellent MS excel usage and experience
  • Strong written English language skills
  • Bachelor Degree Holder
