Job Description
- Hospital Quality Specialist Works and support the Quality Manager in the management and coordination of hospital-wide
- efforts to enhance achieving quality annual objectives and quality improvement (QI) programs.
- He/ She performs a variety of activities to ensure accuracy and completeness of documentation and compliance to policies & procedure through various checklists and monitoring phases.
- Reviews and develops information reported for processes enhancement and diagnosis for defect areas to ensure effectiveness and efficiency of all processes& services.
Job Requirements
- Medical Background ( Medicine , Dentist , Pharmacy )
- To be a holder of one of these certifications ( TQM, CPHQ, Master in quality management )
- Minimum 1 year experience
