Job Requirements
- 3+ years of experienceinaQC/Testing position
- 1+ yearhands-onexperience of testing mobile appson both iOS and Android platforms
- Uncoveringgaps inbusiness and technicalrequirements
- Participating in the analysis and design of the product,identifying and assessing potential risks upon product development,preventing and eliminating bugs
- Reviewingand improvingtesting processes
- Identifyingand assessingpotential risks uponproductdevelopment,preventingand eliminating bugs
- Developing test scenariosand cases, writingand executingall kinds ofsoftwaretests fortestingnew features(black box and white box testing)
- Manualbehavioraltesting(mobile and web UIs mostly)
- Automate manual testing to reduce time and increase coverage (Examples: selenium and appium)
- Working as a part ofscrumteamin parallel with developersto continuously produce shippable product increments
- Helping PO/PM with defining acceptance criteria, ensuring edge cases are identified and covered, eliminating dependencies between user stories
- Understanding and hands-on experienceoftestingproducts inthe FinTech(trading) domain
- Knowledge of Agile methodologiesandsuchframeworksasKanbanandScrum
- Familiar with Azure, Jira, Confluence
- Goodcommunication andnegotiatingskills
- Ability to work autonomously andtake responsibility
- Understanding forex trading domain
- Adopting Agile and goal-oriented approach
- Willingness to learn, grow and lead other QAs in the company
