Job Description
- Managing day-to-dayOperations.
- Tracking and reporting on operational performance.
- Responsible for theissuing of monthly invoices.
- Preparing weekly and monthly reports on account status
- Monitor and analyze customer's usage.
- Dealing with bank accounts, cheques, deposits, and online banking as part of the operation flow.
- Optimizing operational processes and procedures for maximum efficiency while maintaining quality standards.
- Maintain a good relationship with current customers.
Job Requirements
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Experience in delivering client-focused solutions based on customer needs
- Keep attention to detail and adherence to deadlines
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Has the ability to build trusted relationships with customers and clients.
- Experience in Account Management
- Experience in the Fintech field is a plus
