Job Description
- Responsible for all Mantrac Group Infrastructure (Data/Voice/Video) in terms of design, implementation and maintenance.
- Conduct capacity planning for Mantrac Group Cloud network to achieve redundancy, high availability, and bandwidth needs to meet our network expansion plan.
- Troubleshoot and solve all routing problems inside Mantrac cloud and with ISPs worldwide.
- Manage company gateways and all technical problems with the upstream Carrier include set and apply BGP peering policy.
- Contribute in all technical projects held by the company.
- Maintain updated versions of all technical documentation for all network topology.
- Design and implement quality of service configuration to prioritize business, Voice and Video application over unimportant application.
- Chase modern technologies to facilitate our power to achieve company goals.
- Work closely with internal IT teams on the development of new IT products/services.
- Review and analyze incident management reports.
