- Assisting withfinancialplanning and budgeting processes, analyzing financial statements and reports, developing financial models, preparing projections, and performing research and analysis.
- Reviewing and analyzing financial statements and reports.
- Tracking KPIs and preparing financial reports.
- Assisting with budgeting and monthly close processes.
- Understanding key business drivers.
- Developing financial projections and building financial models
Proven record of:
- Financial planning & analysis / strategic finance / investment evaluation
- Feasibility Studies
Job Requirements
- CFA, with 5+ years of professional experience in real estate is a must.
- Demonstrated financial analysis and modeling skills.
- Exceptional analytical skills with attention to detail for high value decisions.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Excel & PowerPoint
