Responsible for his team achieved target & commitment.
Make sure that team stick to company policy and procedures
Coach team members for performance improvement.
Responsible for the cash and Stock reports on daily basis on behalf of his team/location and to provide the month closure reports
Assure that all cash collections are delivered to HO (Finance department) within 24 hours matching Company's system daily transactions amounts.
Review and compare the daily done transactions cash and stock through the company system with the available physical stock in the locations and to report any shortage might happen.
Assure that the stock is on save physically and matching the real stock in the warehouse.
Responsible to provide Contract books to the location team.
Responsible of all marketing/sales material at POS:
Stock availability.
Displaying.
Proper use.
Responsible to assure fast maintenance for any reparation at POS.
Respect the company working hours (Attendance & leave) and give the required attendance prove upon request.
Respect the company assets in terms of treatment and cleaning.
Job Requirements
Knowledge and understanding of the sales and distribution opportunities in the MENA territories and relevant distribution technologies
Knowledge of sales and distribution practices and techniques for customer, business-to-business and direct retail.
Excellent English and Excel.
Abilities to travel and meet with business partners
