- Identify new business and reach out to create interest, also to generate new leads.
- Contact potential clients who already shown interest by registering on our services to walk them through the benefits.
- Educate customers on the value of our benefits of using our platform.
- Ask qualifying questions and position solutions that best fit customer needs
- Follow up with merchants to further educate and solidify their business plans
- Attend product training classes to sharpen industry knowledge
- Buildsolid relationships and drive customer satisfaction
- Work with the support team to create and manage excellent customer experiences
