Senior Business Development Executive ( US & European Time Zones)

About the Job

• Identify potential clients in the target market and complete appropriate research on the prospective client's business and equipment needs
• Meet or exceed personal quarterly sales targets.
• Receive client's requests for information or quotations and analyzing the requirements.
• Define the scope of the project and setting prices/timeframe/special offers accordingly.
• Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure contracted product specifications are executed on-time and as agreed.
• Reach out to the technical team (PM/VM/TD) to get the required information for each request/quotation.
• Communicate internally & externally if necessary to close the project's deal or contract (NDA/SLA) “non-disclosure & Service level agreements”.
• Inform the client of the internal proposed process and plans to meet the requirements and deliverables and recording the activities in a timesheet/status sheet while using a CRM tool such as Salesforce if needed.
• Assur the prospect of customer satisfaction and following up with daily/weekly progress reports or conference calls.
• Attend “conferences/events and calls/ client-reviews” (if needed) with the management team assigned to certain types of projects to assure that the latest client's instructions are followed.
