Meet or exceed personal quarterly sales targets.
Receive client's requests for information or quotations and analyzing the requirements.
Define the scope of the project and setting prices/timeframe/special offers accordingly.
Collaborate with design and production teams to ensure contracted product specifications are executed on-time and as agreed.
Reach out to the technical team (PM/VM/TD) to get the required information for each request/quotation.
Communicate internally & externally if necessary to close the project's deal or contract (NDA/SLA) “non-disclosure & Service level agreements”.
Inform the client of the internal proposed process and plans to meet the requirements and deliverables and recording the activities in a timesheet/status sheet while using a CRM tool such as Salesforce if needed.
Assur the prospect of customer satisfaction and following up with daily/weekly progress reports or conference calls.
Attend “conferences/events and calls/ client-reviews” (if needed) with the management team assigned to certain types of projects to assure that the latest client's instructions are followed.
