About the Job

• Creating a detailed business analysis, outlining problems, opportunities and solutions for business.
• Evaluating business processes, anticipating requirements, uncovering areas for improvement.
• Developing and implementing solutions.
• Leading ongoing reviews of business processes and developing optimization strategies.
• Staying up-to-date on the latest process and IT advancements to automate and modernize systems.
• Conducting meetings and presentations to share ideas and findings.
• Performing requirements analysis.
• Effectively communicating insights and plans to cross-functional team members and management.
• Gathering critical information from meetings with various stakeholders and producing useful reports.
• Working closely with clients, technicians, and managerial staff.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in any related field, preferably computer science.
• From 4 to 7 years of experience in business and system analysis; preferably in the software field.
• Fluency in English.
• Solid experience in writing Systems Reference Document (SRD) and Software requirements specification (SRS) documents.
• Deep knowledge in business functions such as Customer Service, Sales Order Processing, Project Management, Accounting and Centralized Data Management.
• Knowledge of localization industry is a plus.
• Outstanding analytical capacity paired with a profound business sense.
• Good background on SDLC. “Software Development Life cycle”.
• Strong understanding of UML Diagrams.
• Good interpersonal and communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills.
• Strong Problem-Solving skills.
