Job Description
- Carry out design review & Coordination for all construction documents (Drawings, BOQ’s and Specs) for buildings types and master plan items submitted from External Consultants.
- Prepare design tabulation and area analysis for various types of projects.
- Preparing periodical Progress Reports.
- Follow up Works Progress for Projects in coordination with Projects Managers.
- Participate in Preparing initial action Plans and outline design schedules for new Projects.
- Follow up Value Engineering application in Projects in coordination with Projects Managers.
- Participate in Managing coordination with External Consultants with Projects Managers
Job Requirements
- Excellent and talented architectural design
- Excellent and talented 3D-Max & V-ray program
- Excellent in Photoshop – AutoCAD
- Sketchup – Lumion are advantage
- Very good personal skills and attitude
- Able to work under pressure and fast track schedules
