About the Job
Responsibilities:
Lead and develop projects from early concept through design development and construction documents.
Prepare drawings, specifications, and construction documents.
Coordinate architectural plans and drawings with the different scopes (Structural, Electromechanical, … )
Lead all aspects of the design process
Ensure proper annotation, formatting and documentation of project files.
Follow-up with the construction team to ensure adherence to project specifications
Respond to RFI and the consultant requirements.
Provide the necessary data to the subcontractors and the different parties involved in a project.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
BSc degree in Architecture.
Must have experience in architectural project and knowledge of the local city regulations.
Demonstrate strong management skills and leadership.
Excellent User in AutoCAD (2D) and Photoshop.
Must be aware with the market updates, the available vendors, and materials.
Architectural or civil engineering background is a must.
