Senior Architect - BIM

• Job Description:
• Ability to work and thrive in a fast-paced environment and be able to work under tight deadlines, while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Prepare 3D BIM model using Revit
• Extract 2D Shop-drawings and 3D presentation.
• Performs routine tasks including general production supervision using well-defined standards and procedures.
• Designs components or portions of systems and modifies existing designs to develop or improve them.
• Performs product research; assists project designers and other project architects with materials selection.
• Preparation of LOD requirements and data information collection according to the EIR.
• Preparation of material take-off.
• Prepare/check the final submittal drawings.
• Other responsibilities as determined by the project requirements.

Job Requirements

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor in Architecture Engineering
• 5-9 years of experience in Finishing Works & Construction Shop-drawings.
• 5-9 years of experience in the BIM field.
• 5-9 Working experience with BIM standards such as #ISO19650, AIA G202 - 2013 Building Information Modelling Protocol.
• Mastering different drawing tools ( Revit excellent usage is a must).
• Scan to BIM knowledge (point cloud) -a plus (please highlight in the Resume title)
• High teamwork skills.
