Job Description
- Design and build advanced applications for the Android platform.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
- Translate design documents into high-quality code.
Job Requirements
Qualifications:
- BSc of Computer Science or Computer Engineering.
- Solid understanding of Java language
- Experience in software development with a strong command of object-oriented principles.
- At least 4 years of experience with Android development.
- Strong knowledge of Android SDK, different versions of Android, and how to deal with different screen sizes.
- Strong knowledge of Android UI design principles, patterns, and best practices.
- Familiarity with RESTful APIs and JSON to connect Android applications to back-end services.
- Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuning.
- Understanding of Google’s Android design principles and interface guidelines.
- Proficient understanding of code versioning tools, such as CVS
