Job Description

  • Organize and maintain patient waiting areas as well as front-desk areas.
  • Greeting, welcoming patients, and preparing their drink if needed.
  • Scheduling, rescheduling, or canceling appointments.
  • Updating patient records and documenting recent treatments and procedures.
  • Scheduling follow-up appointments and providing telephonic reminders.
  • Informing patients with the price-list if needed, Verifying methods of payment, collecting payments, and delivering it to the dentist on a daily basis.

Job Requirements

  • Experience 1-2 Real-estate Back Ground
  • New Cairo
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in MS Office
  • Integrity and confidentiality
  • High degree of multi-tasking and time management capability
  • Professional attitude and appearance.
