Job Description
- Copy, scan, image, filling, and store documents belong to offers and orders.
- Printing offers and required documentations for tendering engineers.
- Files saving and drafting physical and digital records.
- Follow documents with sales department and customers.
- Receive files from sales and customers to manage and track it.
- Archive records for all offers and orders in files (hardware& software).
- Prepare shop drawing for electrical panels with CAD program for design engineers.
- Prepare Control drawing with CAD program.
- Coordinate with sales department and design engineers.
- Reply to mails, telephone, or face to face inquiries.
- Receive, sort, and distribute mails from sales, customers, and factory engineers.
- Handle supplies with other departments needed for engineers.
- Apply labels for panels with production team.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree with Admin Experience
- Time Management skills
- Very good English and Computer skills
