Job Description
- 3+ years of hands-on professional development experience using Scala and Scala sbt.
- Experience working with source control (preferably Git) and Continuous Integration tools such as Travis CI.
- Experience with Database and SQL (Preferably PostgreSQL).
- Knowledge of Docker, RabbitMQ or Elastic Search is a plus.
- Good knowledge of the Play framework and Scala Slick.
- Experience with web services.
- Comfortable using Intellij or a similar IDE.
- Modern web development (e.g., HTML5, JavaScript, Angular) is a plus.
- Knowledge of Web-based architectures and understanding various types of authentication mechanisms [e.g. Cookie-based authentication, Token based authentication, etc] and authorization mechanisms.
- Cloud experience is a plus (Heroku, AWS, Azure, Google)
- Good Communication skills (English is a must).
- Ability to work autonomously and be self-directed.
