Plan and implement SAP upgrade and migration projects
Day-to-day system administration tasks, including supporting and monitoring SAP ERP, SAP HANA and SAP Solution Manager

Develop a strategy the team will use to reach its goal
Provide suitable training that fulfill team members requirements
Listen to team members’ feedback and resolve any issues or conflicts
Monitor team members' participation to ensure the training they are being provided is being put into use, and also to see if any additional training is needed
Manage the flow of day-to-day operations and all day-to-day activities for all team members
Work with Project Managers during the prepare/explore phase, estimate project work, and create high-level process design. Provide input on methodology, scope, and processes
Analyze resource needs and skill sets for the technical roadmap and develop plans to ensure the team has the ability and skills to support projects and activities. Plan and coordinate the work of the team, including after-hours support
Job Requirements
Bachelor's degree in computer science or relevant field
2-4 years of experience
Ability to coordinate with other team leads and project managers
At least two S/4Hana end to end implementation
Experience in performance analysis and troubleshooting
Experience in SAP products and in Fiori administration
Experience in Aws administration
Experience in Sap cloud products as Sap Sales Cloud, SAC
