Ensure sales team implement sales fundamentals and job KPIs in terms of company standards.
Ensure an ongoing coaching technique to maintain moral and motivation of the team members with a focus on potential calibers for development for promotions opportunities.
Create sales tools to facilitate the sales reps’. work and to develop work performance (effective reporting systems, effective communication means verbal and written…etc).
Select and recruit the best calibers in his section ensuring 100% manpower and effective utilization of sales staff using company evaluation system (scorecard) to ensure having at least 20% of his team on star level.
Ensure that salesmen follow the set routs and adhere to the pricing company policy.
Ensure that proper documentation is used for monitoring stock.
Supervise truck loading to ensure maximum operation performance.
Visit clients to evaluate operational performance and to solve arising problems for effective CRM (customer relation ship management).
Submit weekly and monthly sales reports to Unit Manager with emphasis on sales results and KPIs achievements.
Responsible for sharing safety best practices with his team and other teams
Responsible for forecast process among his team following company forecasting system.
Job Requirements
Bachelor degree with any related discipline
Minimum 3 years of experience in sales preferable FMCG companies.
