- Learn details about our products and services
- Understand all the prospect's needs, problems, or wants
- Explain how our solutions align with their pain points
- Identify buyer persona profiles.
- Use various sales methods (door-to-door, cold calling, presentations, etc) to generate leads and close.
- Meet personal and team sales targets
Job Requirements
- 3 - 5 year of experience in sales
- Proven record of personal quota
- Experience working with Salesforce.com or similar CRM
- Knowledge of different sales techniques and pipeline management
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Self-motivated and driven
