About the Job
- Develop the new clients & retain the existing clients.
- Dedicated sales performance against assigned target.
- To respond to incoming queries and ensure the resolution of service.
- Develops clear & effective written proposals / quotations for current and prospective clients.
- Prepare and attend client meetings.
- Expedites the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
- Supplies management with oral and written reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities and potential for new products and services.
Job Requirements
- Experience in freight forward or logistics field.
- To have know-how of the service providers & customers.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
- Fluency in English.
- Very good computer skills.
