Job Description
- Making BIM models from As-Built drawings, Site photos & sketches
- Must be willing to handle multiple BIM projects simultaneously
- Model on and use BIM software such as Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks etc.
- Reading Material submittal & technical drawings.
- Manage and participate in the creation of Mechanical and Electrical BIM models.
- Assist in the BIM project setup: template formation, library creation, etc
Job Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years' experience.
- Solid experience with Revit / 3D Modelling.
- Experience with Coordination of services in 3D environment.
- Experience with LOD 400 BIM model creation (including supports & hangers) is a MUST
- Experience with LOD 400 Family creation is a MUST
- Basic knowledge with Navisworks.
- Knowledge with various mechanical/ Electrical systems (HVAC, Plumbing, Firefighting, low current, lighting, etc).
