- Achieving monthly targets & KPIs
- Manage daily cash & stock
- Manage store telesales
- Manage attendance of store employees
- Developing new business mainly new restaurants within his zone.
- Responsible for store closure
Job Requirements
- 3-5 Years of Experience in FMCG
- Proven work experience as an Area Manager, handling multiple stores
- Excellent Leadership, negotiation and presentation skills
- Ideally headhunted from (Restaurant Chains + Supermarkets)
