Job Description

Sourcing new partners in the Retail sector and executing exciting partnership solutions

Negotiating attractive partnership deals and ensuring mutually beneficial partnership terms that are in line with business objectives and strategy

Maintaining and deepening relationships with existing partners

Developing metrics to measure ROI from partnerships.

Form and maintain strong relationships with new and existing partners in Retail Sector through frequent visits, telephone calls, email, and online contact

Sign an agreement with the new partnerships (Retail)

Validate the value of partner each month

Review customer needed documents and contact information.

Reviewing the legal document status of the client and his entity.

Take and process orders in an accurate manner.

Coordination with the Contracting Department to send the service subscription contract.

Follow up on customer satisfaction until the contracting procedures are completed

Create call log and activity on the client’s accounts after every action with them.

Achieve requested target and number of customers from the partners

Answer clients’ requirements after sale and directing it to the responsible team to follow up with the client.

Follow up with the old leads to get the last update form their end.

Helping the clients to finalize their contracting process on an easily way.

Job Requirements

Proven experience in sales and partnerships in retail is a must.

Proven track record of successfully meeting sales quota preferably over the phone

Good knowledge of relevant computer programs (e.g. CRM software) and telephone systems

Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects

Excellent knowledge of English

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Cool-tempered and able to handle rejection.

Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to resolve issues and address complaints

High school diploma: BSc/BA will be a plus

sales oriented, soft skills, very good in computer skills, problem solving.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.

Ability to collect, track, and analyze large amounts of data.

Extensive, accurate product knowledge.
