Remote Android Developer (Android/Kotlin)

Only candidates with 5+ years of overall software development experience are eligible for this role.

Turing is looking for a remote Android Developer on behalf of a rapidly-growing TSX-listed cryptocurrency platform. The selected candidate will be responsible for building high-quality, scalable, and responsive Android applications. The company has established itself as the No.1 Altcoin destination in the US and supports multiple cryptocurrencies and a wide variety of Altcoins. It has managed to raise more than $100 mn in funding so far. This role requires 6 hours of overlap with PST.

Job Responsibilities:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality products
- Build scalable, responsive, and well-documented stacks
- Analyze and enhance the performance of the applications
- Troubleshoot and fix bugs in the mobile applications


Job Requirements:

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
- At least 5+ years of relevant experience as an Android developer
- Prolific experience with Android/Kotlin
- Prior experience building and optimizing Android applications
- Skilled in both written and spoken English
- Must be a team player with great communication skills
- Excellent collaboration and interpersonal skills
