Job Description
- Expand company's reach in his region.
- Collaborating with Unit Managers & Supervisors to establish and execute a sales goal for the region.
- Managing a sales team in order to maximize sales revenue and meet or exceed corporate-set goals.
- Forecasting annual, quarterly and monthly sales goals.
- Developing specific plans to ensure growth both long and short-term.
- Reviewing regional expenses and recommending improvements.
- Plan and prepare work schedules, and assign employees to specific duties.
- Confer with company officials to develop methods and procedures to increase sales, expand markets, and promote business.
- Monitor sales staff performance to ensure that goals are met.
- Reporting to Sales Director.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree..
- 15:20 Years of experience in Sales - FMCG is a must.
- +5 Years of experience as RSM.
- Fluent in English.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
