-Working with key stakeholders on Manpower planning.
-Create sourcing strategies to ensure a healthy consistent pipeline.
-Market research to ensure competitiveness in the market.
-Driving the employee interview process from end-to-end.
-Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports.
Qualifications:
Fluent English Speaker is a must
6 months -3 years of experience in staffing, staffing agencies, or mass hiring
experience in related computer science or communication field is a plus
