Internship Description
- Post and announce vacancies on different recruitment channels (social media, online recruitment websites, etc.) to developdatabasefor hiring needs.
- Screen,filterandcategorizeCVsfromallrecruitmentsources(walk-ins,employmentfairs,mailboxes, referrals,etc.).
- Reviewemploymentapplicationsandhiringrequeststomatchapplicantswithjobqualificationsand requirements.
- PerformphonescreeningandconductHRinterviewsforcandidates toselectqualifiedjobapplicants andrefer them to the hiring managers.
- Updatethehiringlogweeklywithallrecruitmentactivities/statuses anduploadrejectedcandidates on the recruitment databasefor future needs.
- Conductreference or background checks onshortlistedjobapplicants.
- Issue Job Offer lettersfor selectedcandidates,communicate/explain all the requested hiring documents,andarrange theiremployment needs (laptop,seating,stationary,etc.).
- Coordinate allrelated logisticsfor employmentfairs(materials,giveaways,etc.).
