Job Description

Wasla is hiring now an “HR Recruitment Specialist”.

About the Job:

  • Build a pool of qualified candidates for various positions, to fulfill the hiring requirements.
  • Present Wasla in job fairs, open days to promote our employer brand.
  • Initiate new sources, and using current sources efficiently.
  • Conduct phone screening interviews to evaluate the candidate's language fluency.
  • Conduct initial face-to-face interviews, using interviewing techniques to evaluate the candidate's knowledge, skills, and attitude.
  • Prepare periodic reports to evaluate the recruitment performance.

Working Conditions:

  • Working Hours: 10:00 am – 6:00 pm Or 11:00 AM to 7:00 Pm
  • Days Off: Friday & Saturday
  • Location: New Assuit- Technological Park

Job Requirements

  • Multitasking
  • Experience in Call center minimum 6 Months
  • Good communication skill
  • Time Management skills.
  • Males & Females
  • Graduates, Maximum age 28
  • Experience or HR background
  • Has Strong Database and wide network
  • Fluent English is a Must.
