- Produce relevant summary tables, figures and diagrams and present statistical analysis outcomes for the Head of Q&DA to evaluate.
- Participate in the development and improvement of Quality Management plans and utilize BMC management system to maintain a database of all the associated operation documents.
- Research, analyze and improve Quality Management auditing methods and analytical techniques to improve efficiency within BMC.
- Prepare, organize, and maintain all documentation related to Quality unit (e.g. diagrams, quality control procedures and quality audits) to comply with standards.
- Analyze statistics to indicate and arrange any performance areas which can improve and enhance customer satisfaction.
- Prepare and submit the required reports and presentations to the Line Manager as per guidelines and standards.
- Perform any other job-related duties as requested by the Department Head/Line Manager.
- Provide guidance and support to academic and administrative departments on developments and new initiatives arising from the NCAAA for Higher Education.
- Maintain files related with Q&DA.
- Adhere to the Department policies and procedures to meet Department objectives and goals, in addition to the adherence to the regulatory policies provided by official external governmental entities.

Education:
Bachelor Degree in Business Administration.
Experience:
Minimum 1- 3 years of experience.
Language:
Proficiency in English and Arabic.
