Quality Manager - remote

Job Description

• Responsible for the design, implementation and operation of the Quality Management System
• Implement the Program’s Quality Plan and monitor overall activities of the QA team as agreed with company and the clients.
• Develop and execute innovative strategies to ensure CSRs have the necessary skills and competencies to meet client expectations.
• conducting Training Needs Analysis for continuing education of CSRs and Leaders.
• Investigating customer complaints and deficiency reports and providing identification of causes to appropriate authorities.
• suggesting corrective and preventive actions, ensuring proper communication with the clients
• Testing the products / Processes to ensure their compliance with the specific standards / Processes.
• Planning, management and control of the quality standards within the company in accordance with the quality standards.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree / or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience in Education, Business or in any relevant field.
• Excellent applied knowledge of measuring instruments and techniques
• Good knowledge of statistical process control and statistical analysis
• Mastering environmental law and its requirements
• The ability to plan and develop quality policies in the company.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• Problem Solving Skills.
