Quality Engineer - Electrical Panel

Job Description

• Receive drawings/designs including control circuits/components/Bus bar /sheet metal from quality team leader to be reviewed and check for quality to ensure that drawing meet client specifications accordingly.
• Receive Inspection note form purchasing dept. including project name/customer name/description/specifications to start inspection process as assigned for mechanical and electrical materials /components.
• Send inspection results to quality team leader to check and sent if approved to warehouse to arrange in received materials in store, and in case of rejected materials send to purchasing dept. for material replacement , send inspection note to production to return damaged or unsuitable materials to warehouse in case of problems throughout production.
• Receive finished good status from PM dept. including order number/Project name/Panel type/quantity/client name then perform quality check activities as finished products tests and inspection then labeling to identify inspected and approved products.
• Handle related quality work problems, find solutions where needed, Report and escalate to quality team leader.
• Perform some after sales activities to review/adjust/modify/ projects in site as required.
• Manage quality Technicians during daily quality activities.
• Performs reports related to different departments and send to quality team leader for review.

Job Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Major.
• 1-3 Years’ experience in Low Voltage or Medium Voltage Panel Industry in (quality/testing /commissioning/production) positions.
• ISO 9001:2015 is Plus.
• Quality Assurance is Plus.
• Aware of standard IEC of Panels /Tests/Quality machines Tests/Component Inspection.
• Very Good Level of English.
