Job Description :
- Study client’s proposals requests
- Participate in all proposals / tenders preparation process
- Participate in proposals / tenders pricing process
- Communicate with clients and vendors to follow up offers
- Coordinate with other departments all clarifications related to proposals and tenders
- Participate in evaluation process of vendors offers received
- Ensure strict adherence to all applicable instructions and procedures related to proposals/tenders cycle.
- Maintain all documents related to proposals/tenders in good shape and protected through filing.
- Continuous update to all department database
- Monitor and maintain department logistics needed to complete work cycle.
Job Requirements
- Fluent English (Written & Spoken)
- University degree (Chemical / Mechanical Engineering, Chemistry / Commerce)
- Excellent computer skills
- Excellent communication skills
