Job Description
We provide daily fresh leads internally from our marketing department. No cold calls and no lead mining.
- Answer and handle incoming leads any time of the day/night
- Record details of incoming leads and update their status on an hourly basis.
- Prospecting and qualifying leads.
- Understand customer requirements.
- Conducting Meetings with Potential buyers.
- Presenting our projects in a structured professional way face to face.
- Creating a strong referral pipeline, and building powerful relationships with the clients.
- Keeping up-to-date with information about the residential & commercial real estate market.
- Advise clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages, legal requirements, and related matters.
- Finalizing Buying Process and coordinating with Developers.
- Work closely with the management to achieve targets
Job Requirements

- Must have your own laptop.
- At least 3 years of experience in real estate.
- Knowledge about New Cairo, New Capital, Red Sea and North coast compounds
- Brokerage/Developer experience
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Previous experience with CRMs
- Owning a car is a must
- Excellent communication skills
- A proven track record of sales
- Presentable, confident, flexible, and a good team player
- Energetic, self-motivated, and able to work under pressure
