Role and Responsibilities
- Project management responsibilities include delivering every project on time within budget and scope.
- Project managers should have a background in business skills, management, budgeting and analysis.

- Risk analysis and management, being able to analyze possible risks and ways to mitigate them.
- Being able to maintain structure and follow processes while executing efficiently.
- Provide necessary reporting throughout various project phases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate internal resources and contractors for the flawless execution of projects
- Lead and supervise projects with the most efficiency and to assure the highest quality and productivity of the team.
- Meeting SLAs in delivery and quality.
- Support multiple, ongoing foreign and native language translation management projects from inception, quotation, distribution to transcription service providers.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
- Ensure resource availability and allocation
- Develop a detailed project plan to track progress
- Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
- Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
- Report and escalate to management as needed
- Communicate with clients starting from the project start date until the final delivery
- Issue the service invoices and follow-up on the payments with clients
- Manage the relationship with the client and all stakeholders
- Perform risk management to minimize project risks
- Establish and maintain relationships with contractors
- Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Job Requirements
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Operations/Project management:
- Strong knowledge and sense of importance towards SLAs and operational aspects.
- Solid knowledge of project management processes, methodologies and tools & techniques and ability to adapt them to the organization; understanding of formal and informal organizational structures.
- Proven working experience as a project manager (5 years)
- Excellent mathematical skills and statistical knowledge
Communication:
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Negotiation:
- Ability to negotiate win-win agreements.
People management:
- Ability to earn trust and respect from project’s stakeholders; ability to influence decisions that need to be made to make the project successful.
Planning and Organizing:
- Ability to work under pressure and against tight deadlines for a prolonged period while maintaining a high level of speed and accuracy in order to produce accurate results.
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
Technology:
- Tech savvy with knowledge of linguistic and project management relevant computer programs
- Strong knowledge and experience of using G-suite in general, and spreadsheets in specific.
- Flexible with occasional travel.
