Determines project objectives and contributes to the development of a comprehensive project plan.
Handles resource planning and project needs in terms of time, labor, materials, equipment, and technical challenges, besides other milestone coordination tasks.
Applies various project progress methods to ensure the project schedule is on track to meet deadlines and deliveries.
Prepares and administers the tender documents, contracts, budgets, quantity surveying, bills of quantities, invoices, and other related administrative procedures and documents as required.
Provides project scheduling and develops various cost estimates levels for various projects.
Conducts cost analysis, cost control and monitoring of budget to ensure that the project is completed within its projected budget.
Monitors cash flow & applies the necessary modifications if any.
Maintains direct & ongoing relationship with Consultants & Contractors.
Follows up on daily basis for new contracts assignment with the consultant & contractors.
Follows up on daily work, and units’ deliveries.
Coordinates and liaises with the project management team to overcome roadblocks or delays through various methods such as using industry related technical knowledge, innovating short cuts or alternative ways with the available resources.
Performs project costing related reporting; such as cost control & cash flow reports (weekly & monthly reports)
Reviews, follows up and approves POs on JD Edwards system.
Performs any other responsibilities assigned by the direct manager.
