Project Engineer

Job Description

• Performsday-to-day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring the site work of any subcontractor.
• Studyzone drawings in order to prepare material, equipment and man-hours requirements list based on project priorities and time schedule.
• Supervisessub-contractors team performance, guide and report any problems to Project Manager in order to take necessary actions.
• Coordinateswith Quality Control department schedule of inspections/tests and take any corrective action if required.
• Coordinatesand organize the ongoing activities with other trades executed in the same area.
• Reviewsthe shop drawings and as built from technical office.
• Coordinateswith other trades to push the work progress & solve any related problems.
• Organizesthe site facilities in order to meet agreed deadlines.
• Preparesdaily progress reports to senior project engineer or/and Project Manager.
• Implementsmechanical shop drawings on site.
• Supervises sub-contractor and Technicians to ensure all safety & quality requirements are applied in all site activities.
• Acquire samples of materials for the required tests and approval form consultant.
