Job Description
- Responsiblefor the preparation and processing of procurement orders in accordance with company policies and procedures.
- ConductsComparison of different offers regarding price, quality, specification, and delivery.
- Contactinglocal suppliers for negotiations and contract managements.
- Determinationof quantity and timing of the deliveries
- Monitoringand updating procurement orders as well as tracking of the costs and delivery dates to compare them with the agreements.
- Preparesforecasts on changes in the market prices.
- Monitorsand coordinate deliveries of items/ materials with suppliers and ensure delivery on time.
- Maintainsexcellent working relationships with suppliers to ensure company needs are met.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor degree of Engineering (Civil)
- Very Good English (written and spoken)
