Job Description
- Establishing and building rapport with Shipping line, Co-Loaders.
- Prepare rates and organize company information for tender processes, RFI’s and RFP/RFQ’s.
- Able to provide prompt, accurate and complete quotations in response to customers & internal team members.
- Very well organized; Maintain & update pricing database in timely manners.
- Contact shipping lines and airlines for best competitive rates based on the destination/transit time; requirements provided by the customer / Sales person.
- Conduct visits to shipping lines and co-loaders when needed/ required.
- Support the Sales / customers by providing competitive rates to maintain & grow the business.
- Prepare reports on weekly basis based on the management requirements.
Job Requirements
- Bachelor Degree
- Good communication, Negotiation skills.
- Team player
- Very Good knowledge of English Language spoken and written
