Job Description

• Update the project time schedule.
• Preparation of weekly and monthly progress reports sent to Client.
• Ensuring that timesheets and fabrication progress reports are received from site on daily basis.
• Ensuring the daily progress reports are sent to client.
• Updating of daily site expenses in conjunction with the project and site managers.
• Following up regularly with procurement department.
• Assist in developing visual techniques to communicate project phasing, constraints and opportunities to all stakeholders.
• Assist in Monitoring and following up with subcontractors’ progress.
• Liaise and work together with Technical teams when required.
• At the completion of the project, assist in developing the close out report and recording the project’s historical schedule information and “lessons learned”, for use ongoing or future projects.

Job Requirements

• BSc. Engineering (preferably SSP).
• 0-2 Years’ experience in similar position.
• Females Only.
• Proficient in PRIMAVERA Software.
• Proficient in Microsoft Project Software.
• PMP certificate is a plus.
• Excellent command of English language.
• Excellent command of Microsoft office package.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Highly organized.
