Process and maintain personnel records and files by following up the employees' credentials completion and developing personnel files for new comers to ensure adherence to personnel filing system.
Manage the process of employees termination and suspension (resignations, end of contract…etc.) employees.
Handling all hiring process such as employment contract, social insurance application and the hiring documents and maintain it in the employee files.
Tracking and following up on employees' attendance, leaves and absences.
Assist in payroll and incentives monthly
Issuing HR Letters
Responsible for all Personnel activities and dealing with government authorities, such as labor office, social insurance authorities, and medical insurance, and build a strong relationship with them.
Manage & update the employee’s files.
Administer termination procedures by exiting terminated employees out of the system and accomplish required documents and make financial Settlement and papers
Job Requirements
Good communication skills
Excellent knowledge of MS Excel.
Good Knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law & Social Insurance procedures.
